Recently, I was asked what does “wellness” mean to me. You may have heard it defined in various ways and I wanted to give you insight on what it means to me:
Wellness is what we experience when we are in harmony both with ourselves and the world around us on all levels of our being: physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. The same ecosystem that exists around you, also exists within you.
Your health, wellness, and even success in the world are dependent on the balance of the elements both within you and outside of you. How you relate and interact with your outer ecosystem is reflective of the your relationship with your inner ecosystem – and vice versa. Very simply, wellness means loving who you are on all levels.
